CV GRAD NIGHT ’26

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

WHEN AND WHERE?

June 6, 2026, 10 PM at The Hub Sports Center

WHAT IS IT?

This safe, drug and alcohol-free event is held on the night of graduation. Graduates will enjoy a night of fun-filled activities, lots of food, and the opportunity to be with all their
friends on one of the most memorable days of their lives! There will be plenty of entertainment, food, drinks and planned activities. Three hours of trivia, inflatable
games such as Twister, basketball and trike races, casino style game tables, yard games such as corn hole and mini golf and many more!  There is also the opportunity to
win Bear Bucks throughout the night as well as other awesome prizes! New this year – the entertainment hour will feature local Magician/Mentalist, Nathan Lee! Chaperones
and security (parent volunteers) will be on hand to ensure a fun and safe environment. When 3:00 AM rolls around, we encourage parents to pick up their senior after the long
day they have had.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

Hosting an action-packed evening full of activities and entertainment for five hours can be expensive. There is a cost to attend the event. The ticket price includes all food,
activities, entertainment and FUN, FUN, FUN! There are no additional fees or spending money necessary at the event! We have been able to keep the price of $100 the same
over the last few years! Included with registration, the grad receives a t-shirt specially designed by one of their senior classmates, food and drinks, at least one prize, 1,000
bear bucks, and 2 grand prize drawing tickets. If cost is an issue, please reach out to us or your student’s school counselor. Limited scholarships available – we want all graduates to be able to attend!

PRIZES

We have something for everyone! General prizes range from gift cards to local restaurants and stores, to tool kits, electronics, and mini fridges. There will be many
opportunities to win additional coffee cards, Amazon gift cards, or small cash prizes throughout the night. Drawings for the Grand Prizes (such as a laptop, Visa gift cards,
Beats headphones, etc.) will be held after the entertainment hour. Every graduate goes home with a prize! All prizes are distributed at the end of the night so anyone leaving
early will forfeit their prize.

WHAT ARE BEAR BUCKS?

Bear Bucks is the currency of Grad Night! They are used at the event to play games and “buy” raffle tickets for prizes.  The more Bear Bucks a student has, the more raffle
tickets they can get to enter the prize drawings that night. Students can earn Bear Bucks throughout their high school careers.  There are opportunities throughout the school year to earn Bear Bucks by volunteering in the concession stands, helping with the band craft fairs, and other needs that pop up!

Parents can also earn Bear Bucks for their students by volunteering at those same events. Parents, watch for the Sign-Up Genius requests from Bear Boosters for your opportunity to volunteer and earn Bear Bucks for your student. The Bear Bucks earned are tracked each year and go towards the student’s total available for Grad Night. Each Senior gets 1000 Bear Bucks when they register and pay
for Grad Night on top of the Bear Bucks earned through volunteering. There are also bonus Bear Bucks available for early Grad Night registration!

During the grad night event participants will have MANY opportunities to earn more Bear Bucks, and also the opportunity to win or lose them at the card tables!

HOW CAN I HELP?

  • We need people to help with fundraising and getting prizes donated.
  • We need parents (~50) to volunteer at the event. This is a great opportunity for Junior Class parents to get involved and learn about the event for next year!
  • We would love to have people or businesses to help underwrite the event! If you know of someone, please contact (or have them contact) [email protected].
  • All donations are tax deductible through Central Valley Bear Boosters, a 501(c)3 non-profit.
